Today is Mom's 72nd birthday. She's already been over to bring the babes their birthday presents. She gives gifts for her birthday instead of receiving. This afternoon, I'll bake her favorite Lemon Bars and we'll take them down with a gift when Doug comes home. She doesn't ask for much. It's great to have Mom nearby and to think that she is doing so well after her cancer! Happy Birthday, Ruby!
Today, also, the temperature should get up to 80 degrees, which is the magic number for when the kids can get into the pool. ZJ keeps checking my phone for the temp. I'm sure that it will be about 4 before it gets that warm but they can't wait! Summer is finally here! This week, we may even see the upper 80s! Happiness!
