I spent a beautiful snowy day at home alone...no wedding planning to do, it actually felt a little bit like the day after Christmas. I filled the day studying my lesson for Sunday, cleaning the house, doing some online shopping, catching up on a few other things at home and looking outside my window! It was a productive day but not nearly as fun as last week!
A few ramblings before I hit the hay:
- I just walked in from seeing Breaking Dawn, Part 1. Wow! Loved it! Was excited to see where it would end. I'm definitely excited to see it again with Kelly and Liza when she comes! We're planning girls night out already.
- Wendy and I thought about turning around and going home before we left the neighborhood. It's so foggy out right now that I can't see across the street! This photo was what I saw out as I drove down the street from Wendy's tonight! (Idid stop to take the picture!) Welcome to Cache Valley winter!
- Liza also informed me that since there is no Wingers in Phoenix, we need to eat there while she's home. Funny thing is that she didn't care that much for Wingers when she was here. It's because she can't eat there now!
- Mom and Rick came by for an hour this afternoon. I still can't believe my brother lives five houses away with my mother.
- The Christmas decorations go up on Friday. Final decision.
- Black Friday Shopping will not be a part of my weekend. Final decision.
- Online shopping will.
- I loved Dancing with the Stars tonight. I really don't care who wins because they are all great!
- It's cold. Very cold. And foggy.
- Have I mentioned that I'm excited for Liza to come home?
I'm sleepy and that's all I've got today! But tomorrow, some nummy Thanksgiving recipes!
Gratitude is one of the sweet shortcuts to finding peace of mind and happiness inside. No matter what is going on outside of us, there's always something we could be grateful for.
I can't believe how cold it is in your area. We had the air conditioning on in NW Alabama yesterday before the cold front came in last night.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Love, love your blog!

I thought that picture was of Northern Lights. I'm disappointed.
